A small office with deep roots.

Terry was born and raised in the small community of St. Edward, Nebraska. Growing up in a small town, his parents raised him with the values you'd expect - faith, integrity, and a strong work ethic. After high school he attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney, majoring in business administration.

Terry began his career in insurance in 1999, working for a company that brought solutions to rural Americans, and was promoted to Regional Manager covering most of Nebraska. In 2005, he realized he could better serve his clients without being restricted to one carrier - so he became an independent agent. It was the best decision he could have made, for himself and his clients.

Today Terry, his wife Marci, and their four children live in Columbus, NE. They are members of St. Isidore's Parish and are involved with multiple community groups.

Max Knepper is a lifelong Nebraska native who lives in Columbus with his wife, Ellie. Rooted in his faith, Max believes in serving others with honesty, compassion, and integrity.

Outside of work, Max enjoys music, fitness, learning German, and traveling. He is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate Medicare with care, clarity, and a servant-hearted approach.
